AN OVERVIEW OF OUR CHAMPIONS LEADERSHIP SERIES:

“Developed by eMerging Entrepreneurs, Inc.; The “Champions Conference” is a series of private 1-day symposiums which aims to bring together the nation’s top service leaders, entrepreneurs,  advocates, researchers, wellness specialists, and resources within the public & private sectors to develop and strategically enact initiatives designed to combat the socio-economic & health disparities that exists within our communities.  The goal of these types of gathering is to advance intellectual discussions that will spearhead research and collaboration amidst what many would consider one of the harshest periods of economic displacement of this generation.  Our first convening (held on January 31st, 2014 in Washington, DC) focused specifically on exploring the connections between Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and veteran’s socio-economic issues; through which we hope to make meaningful strides in identifying solutions and resources that will aid in lowering suicides, unemployment, and homelessness. Like military our gathering, all other conferences; presented in coordination with New Century Planning, LLC; will extend access to the combined wealth of knowledge of leaders of innovation, business, entrepreneurship, social development, health & wellness, technology, education, community development, and intellectual affluence, to create initiatives that support communities in need.”

- CONFERENCE SERIES AGENDA -

“…creating intellectual platforms where collaboration can thrive!”

ASSEMBLE:

 ……………………………………
Our Champions Conferences bring together leaders from across the country to explore public & private partnerships to advocate for any number of social, economic, and wellness issues; ranging veterans socio-economic displacement and the health disparities that exists in our urban communities, to creating bridges for grassroots entrepreneurial startups to connect with industry leaders, and resource forums aimed at educating non-profits how to broaden their social influence!
……………………………………

COLLABORATE:

 ……………………………………
Each conference produces a diverse and qualified lineup of presenters and speakers, representing various intellectual segments of the conference’s general focus.  Their incite & expertise provide the context through which collaborative opportunities are revealed; which will not only help to achieve conference goals, but creates the foundation for the discovery of potential partnerships!
……………………………………

EXPLORE:

 ……………………………………
Through our “Leadership Forums,” “Solutions Luncheon,” and “Recap Sessions,” we’re able to create intellectual environments that encourage productive alignments and the creation of strategic responses will serve as the basis for long-term growth and shared impact!
……………………………………

ENACT:

……………………………………
Lastly, our team will capture, construct, & distribute both a recap report and video documentary, in addition to a next-steps guide outlining the kinds of useful research information & solutions recommendations that could prompt real change in our communities; transforming dialogue and speaker notes into a vehicle for social and economic advancement!
……………………………………

(The Veterans Leadership Conferece) was truly an amazing event that showcased individuals doing innovative work to improve the lives of our veterans.  (Our organization) admired the passion of the speakers and appreciated the opportunity to make great connections.
